I've been singing since I was a child, even before I could walk. Unlike the other band members, I'm more comfortable with a microphone 😉.
For a long time, I made a living from singing. Then, around the age of 50, I lost my motivation and went back to a regular job. A few years later, when I found myself standing there again with a microphone in my hand, this time in my free time and for free, surrounded by cables, instruments, and musicians, I thought: "Ah, that's it!"
It was exactly the same feeling I had when I was 15, singing my heart out to the piano, losing all track of time, and undoubtedly driving the neighbors crazy. In short: pure joy and freedom.
My goal in the band is to be louder than everyone else. In the other two bands I sing in, I try to achieve the same thing. 🤣👍
